Hi, I’m Donna Haymes, CEO/Owner of Donna’s Business Services, LLC.
Donna Haymes and her Team have been assisting busy CEOs/Presidents, Small Business owners and individuals with Virtual Assistance, locally, nationally and globally (virtually) with Virtual Assistance, Web/Graphic Design, Typing and Social Media Enhancement since 2000.
Prior to starting my business, I worked in Corporate America as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary from 1978 to 2002, working full time when I started Donna’s Business Services, LLC in 2000 and left Corporate in 2002.
I have an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from prestigious Philadelphia, PA Business School, Peirce College (1991).
Donna’s has been honored again by The Philadelphia Business Journal to be included in their Book of Lists as a Top Company in the Philadelphia tri-state area for years 2013 – 2022, being named to their Book of Lists for those years (This prestigious honor is ONLY RESERVED FOR THE TOP COMPANIES IN PHILADELPHIA AREA). I attended their Gala in February 2019 with my husband at the Sugarhouse Casino. In 2015 we were named #42 Top Minority-owned Business. (Keep in mind there are 10,000 Minority-owned Businesses in Philadelphia and 80,000 Businesses in the Philadelphia area!) We made the Top 50 and top 100, respectively!) To God be the Glory!
We were invited to The Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2022 Book of Lists Gala in early March.
My Company was named #81 Top Woman-owned Business (based on 2016 Revenue) in September 2017 and was listed online along with the other Top 100 Woman-owned Businesses in the tri-state Philadelphia area by the Philadelphia Business Journal, again.
I was honored by one of my Clients, Bishop Michael Jones of Restoration Multi Media Network in 2019 at his national Banquet with the Deborah Award! (Deborah was a woman in the Bible, who was a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth and she judged Israel at that time (see Judges 4:4). the King of Israel would Not go into battle unless Deborah rode with him! She was known for her honesty, integrity, and woman-warriorlike characteristics and for her hard work). I was honored with a plaque along with other women at the Bishop’s banquet! What a gift!
I have been nominated again by Bishop Michael Jones for his Restoration Fellowship of Churches Holy Convocation Trailblazer Award for 2022! I will receive my Award on October 29th, 2022 at the Hampton Inn in Willow Grove, PA. I am receiving this Award because of my Business saviness! To God be the Glory!
One of my business credentials includes completing the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton Business School online Introduction to Marketing class on April 16, 2017, which is the World’s #1 online Marketing course! To God be the Glory!
I am a proud member of the International Virtual Assistants Association since February 2018.
Please Note: I taught MS Word 2010 for Mt. Airy Learning Tree @ Blair Christian Academy, Philadelphia, PA 19118 June 2018 from 7-9pm. and April 2017. My students loved the classes and I gave them HANDS-ON experience along with homework and taught them everything I know about MS Word! What a GREAT time we had!
We also give my Clients the “personal touch, good customer service”, along with Excellent Virtual Assistance, keeping them spot-on and organized and we ALL know what the Gift of Time and Productivity can do for an Entrepreneur! Many of my Clients are my friends!

Mrs. Edwards is a seasoned Virtual Assistant, extraordinaire and the owner of her own VA Company. She and her Team of VA’s assist my Company everyday and do an outstanding job! I am pleased to have her and her Team working with my Company! Mrs. Edwards is also a Paralegal and Notary. Mrs. Edwards currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. Where my home/office is located.
Ms. Sheyel Rorie
Ms. Rorie is on my Team! She handles my Social Media Canva images. She started with me August 1, 2022. She comes to the table with over 30 years Administrative experience and is the owner of her own VA Company as well. Her many gifts include General Administrative support, with experience working with Coaches and Authors. She is also very well experienced in typing, graphic design and web design! Ms. Rorie currently resides in Philadelphia, PA as well!
Mrs. Monica Fuselier
Mrs. Fuselier is a very well rounded VA and is my Executive Assistant! She just started with my Company, August 22, 2022. She knows alot of business productivity software and absolutely “thinks outside-the-box” and is very organized and helps our Company put systems into place to assist our Clients! She owns her own VA Company as well and has 2 Assistants working with her. She currently resides in Las Vegas, NV.
